Our method has been developed into 4 stages of rehab which we have applied for a variety of injuries and patients over the last 15+ years. 

STAGE 1 

The REHAB Phase 🤕

This phase focuses on progressively challenging the affected area to regain physical conditioning while preventing re-injury. It involves targeted exercises, therapeutic interventions, and gradual return-to-activity protocols designed to rebuild tissue resilience, enhance coordination, and ensure the injured area can withstand the demands of daily life

STAGE 2 

The STABILISATION Phase 🛠️

The aim of stability training in injury rehabilitation is to enhance the body's ability to maintain control and balance during movement, particularly in the injured area. Stability training focuses on strengthening the muscles, tendons, and ligaments that support joints, improving proprioception, and reducing the risk of re-injury. 

By targeting the core, as well as stabilizing muscles around the injured site, this type of training helps create a solid foundation for more complex movements, ensuring that the body can handle dynamic activities with greater precision and confidence, ultimately contributing to a safer and more effective recovery process.

The STRENGTH Phase

This phase of rehabilitation focuses on systematically loading the muscles to promote tissue repair and hypertrophy, which helps in regaining functional strength lost during the injury and recovery period. 

By improving muscle strength, this training supports joint stability, enhances movement efficiency, and reduces the risk of future injuries, ultimately enabling a safe return to normal activities and athletic performance.

It involves sport-specific drills, agility exercises, and controlled exposure to game-like situations to restore the athlete’s confidence, technique, and performance under real-world conditions.

 The goal is to ensure that the athlete can meet their sport's physical, mental, and technical demands without compromising their recovery, thereby minimizing the risk of re-injury and optimizing their readiness for competition.

My name is Brad and I have spent the last 10+ years working in the Healthcare industry. 

I have been involved in multiple Sports Injury clinics, which I had set up in Manchester, United Kingdom before the COVID-19 pandemic hit.
